The organization
The organization of the school is based on a coordinated and participatory work of all the members of the school. All the Guides have the diploma of Montessori didactic differentiation issued by the AMI (Association Montessori Internationale), in addition to the master's degree or degree, or university master's degrees organized by the University of Bergamo or Bicocca in Milan in collaboration with the CISM or the Opera Nazionale Montessori.

AMI – Association Montessori Internationale
It is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The organization was founded in 1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori herself, with the goal of maintaining the integrity of her work, research and studies. AMI is the internationally recognized authority on Montessori education, and directs studies at affiliated teacher training institutions throughout the world. Throughout its long history, AMI has fostered the growth and development of Montessori educational practices and established standards through active work with member schools, teachers and educators. AMI, among its many responsibilities, is responsible for certifying affiliated schools and training Montessori teachers so that they are well-versed in the basic principles of the method and ready to carry these principles forward into the modern world of education.
CISM – International Center for Montessori Studies Foundation
In Bergamo AMI collaborates with the CISM (Association “International Montessori Studies Center”), the only affiliated center in Italy for the 6-12 year diploma; the center is directed by Dr. Grazzini Krumins Baiba.
